Shipping

We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or other factors outside our control.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return

Contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned: worn or used footwear, items without original packaging, or items marked as final sale.
